ECTN define:ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE FOR BENIN

These new measures taken by the C.N.C.B are applicable with no exemption. With the computer monitoring in real time, the C.N.C.B. is able to tightly control the application of this procedure. Any cargo not covered by the validated ECTN constitutes an offence to the regulation in force in Benin, penalties will therefore be systematically applied at destination.

The ECTN that you will print will be made of 5 copies numbered from 1 to 5:Copy n°1 is intended for the forwarding agent for filing.Copy n°2 - must be forwarded to the final consignee for formalities at destination.
