1) It is link rod(connecting rod).This parts used in  the key parts of the  VOLVO veilcle;

2)It's is very strict with the  mechanical  and chemical properties, circle tolerance and center distance tolerance at 0.01 mm respectively control and 0.04 mm;

3)The inner circle need to be CNC machinning. using instant cooling method to solve and T1

heat treatment.

4)From the mold casting,the parameters of input passage and casting,these can be ensure there are no small hole  in surface.
