QC Process:
1. 300 Days Warranty, Yet strict incoming tube test.
2. Only circle laser beam is qualified.
3. Power Meter shows the min. & max. tube power . Average power will be choosen for assembling into machine while the unqualified send back to supplier.
4. Main Parts like Power Supply Box, Motor, Motor Driver, Main Board will be tested under 52 degree high temperature. There is no problem even you use in desert area.
5. All Parts test strictly, pay special attention to the white device. It's Autocollimator. With such a high-tech device, it's easier to test the balance for rail while most of small factories adjust it only by technician's familiarity.
6. After being assembled, we will test machine by 2mm circles. If there is any machine with wrong size or is not round, it's not allowd to be delivered.

FAQS:
First, what’s it used for?
This model Laser Engraving Machine as equips with Rotary Attachment and Lifting Table, it’s mainly used for large thickness and cylinder object processing. That’s also the main different between HS-S and HS-T Laser Machines.
Second, what’s the descending distance?
26CM can be lifted usually. Special requirement is posible.
Third, does the cylindrical move out of rotary device?
We have special rotary device to hold on the cylindrical tightly.
Fourth, can I use for cutting?
Same as other series, this machine can both engrave and cut depends on the platform you choose: Honeycomb platform is better for engraving while Knife Strip table, in contrast, good at cutting.
Fifth, how about warranty?
3 Years Warranty for machine except the consumable parts Laser Tube, Focus Lens and Reflective Mirror which is different from manufacturer. We are the first company who has such promise to guarantee our high quality.
Sixth, do I have to buy the consumable in advance? How can I change spare parts? Is it difficult?
In our view, laser tube is easy to be damaged if you ask to send independently. Therefore, we suggest you to buy an extra one for stand by. And it’s very easy to change all spare parts. Because we will provide you with Detailed English Manual, Teaching Video together with machine.

It depends on where you are, of course. What we can promise is the production time. We usually have this laser machine in stock. Even though we don’t have in peak season, it takes 5 days at most for production as it’s our common model.
