2MK2125 CNC High-efficiency and Deep-hole Honing Machine
1. Introduction
2MK2125 CNC High Efficiency Deep Hole Honing Machine is suitable for honing and burnishing cylindrical deep hole parts such as various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders, especially for honing and burnishing step holes. It can also repair and maintain taper and ovality of machined workpiece with the help of partial honing. Besides, it can directly perform high efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes. So the machine is ideal for deep hole machining with high accuracy and high efficiency.
This machine is equipped with SIEMENS CNC system and AC servo motor. The honing box adopts stepless speed. And the machine employs Germany ATLANTA high accuracy racks and gears to realize the reciprocating of honing head and it can also control the honing position. Furthermore, the machine uses double lines guide way with a long service life and high accuracy.
The honing head adopts hydraulic constant pressure expanding and sand blades always maintain constant pressure to be sure the roundness and cylinder of workpiece. The honing pressure can be adjusted according to demands and it sets high and low pressure control to realize the rough and finish honing on the operation station.
This machine’s other equipments, such as: famous-brand hydraulic valve and automatic lubrication stations.
Finally, the machine’s equipments, such as CNC system, linear guide way and hydraulic valve, can be chosen by the customers’ requirements and designation.
