It is characterized by having the functions of improving production efficiency and simplifying cutting process. It adopts multi-axis control technology. The number of the control axis is up to 10. All the axis can move separately or jointly according to the procedure order. The cutting heads can do single-head bevel cutting, double-head equidirectional bevel cutting, and mirror symmetry bevel cutting.

  the working principle is: parallel rod and vertical link is connected by hinges and connected with machine base, which controlled by two servo-motors to do forward/backward, left and right deflection. The unlimited rotation bevel cutting for any geometric curve (I, V-groove) can be realized by coincidence of double deflection angle, the maximum bevel angle is ± 45 °.The deflection pole of parallel four-link is constant movement, according to this principle, set the cut point as the deflection pole to make the cut point coincide with deflection pole, therefore, it will not cause deflection angle go off of cutting angle. The cutting angle can be changed instantaneous at the cutting corner by link motion. All cutting angle are the right coincidence of four-link deflection angle during cutting, which will not cause plasma torch cable and tube in wrapping.  In the cutting device is equipped with the initial positioning and anti-collision devices to make the plasma cutting more secure. ".
