Purpose :used for giant  OTR green tyre building

  

Features :  1. accurately put the upper band on the drum with band expander and

                        poull -in ring .

                     2. Bead setting ring can expand and shrink in a radiao diretion ,with

                         one kind oder tyre using several kinds of bead diameters.

                     3.Bead setting ring and pull-in ring are dirven by hydraulic cylinder to

                         move longitudially.

                     4.As for band expander and pull-in ring ,the proper working diameter

                        can be set based on each and diameter .

                     5.With dynamic collapsing drum device ,installed with brake capsule

                         outside .
