Waterjet cutting machine is realized by waterjet with great kinetic energy and high speed. It belongs to high energy beam category as well as laser, ionic beam, electron beam. Among them HP waterjet cutting is the only processing technology which is made in cold state. As a high and new technology, to some extent, it is a revolution in cutting field.

Currently HP waterjet cutting is mainly applied in below areas.

Application in metallic material cutting

Main character: 1).Bridge style, has good appearance, reasonable design, great rigidity and stability, well-distributed stress,steady running, high accuracy and safety. The bridge style has strict requirement to the smoothness and parallelism of two Y beams. Our company applies ultra large style milling planer to process the basic surface of guide, which keeps the planeness of installation.

2).X beam of cutting table applies the one-off extrusion forming aluminum alloy

3).Z-axis auto control, has 3-axis linkage control and auto tool setting function.

4).Using ball screw and linear guide from Spain and America, which guarantees the transmission accuracy, high quality and durability.

5).Using servomotor and drive from Japan which have reliable control and good acceleration functions. They run steadily and will not generate low frequency resonance.

6).Over travel and soft limits, double protection functions.
