Brief introduction:

The MSYF series wood-plastic wide board production line is mainly used for PVC+wood powder, production of partition wall, door plate of cabinet, building templates, etc. The product line, adopting the special wood-plastic technology and recipe developed by our own company, can design different product according to different purpose.

It’s equipped with double screw extruder or single screw extruder, and vacuum forming machine, hauling-off unit, shear, and loading shelf, etc. For different spec. WPC board production, it needs to change to respective mould.

Hauling-off unit with special technology of our company, is working steadily and reliably, and with stronger traction force. Vacuum forming device use enlarged vortex cooling system, which is better for forming, and meet the requirement of wide WPC board production. Cutting device keeps pace with the board hauling speed, the design is reasonable, and run steadily, and it’s able to cut automatically to set length. Equipped with dust collector.
