Our equipments have below characteristics:

We have our own activated carbon plant both coal and coconut shell, so we know well about the flow and techniques.

2.     High mechanization

The whole flow from feeding the material, carbonization, activation to the output of the finished product can be operated mechanically. One shift only needs 2 or 3 workers, which saves the manpower a lot and improves the production efficiency greatly.

3.     High capacity and more gains

For example, our machine can produce 1mt charcoal by 4mt coconut shells and can produce 1mt activated carbon by 2-2.5mt charcoal. The output of one set of the equipment is 3-5mt activated carbon per day .So it can economize the raw material effectively.

4.     Environment protection and resources saving

We recycle the energy and other impurity in the exhaust gas coming from carbonization and activation process. In this way, we can not only meet the emission standard, but also save lots of resources.
