Applicable range
Single-effect, dual-effect, tri-effect Forced circulation concentrator unit is applicable for concentration of foods, fruit juice,vegetable juice,jams,condiments, food additives,Chinese medicines,Western medicines, iological engineering and chemical industry.That is to say,the concentration of materials with high content of protein, sugar and solid,likely to produce bubbles and agglomerate,such as,bone soup,starch liquid, animals, vegetable protein,peptide,honey, starch sugar, antioxidant, kelp juice, vegetable juice, sugar, ketchup. And the solid content in concentrated liquid is more than 50%.
System composition
Various multi-effect heaters, various multi-effect separators, condensers, (thermal pressure pumps), vacuum systems (water cycling pumps, buffer tanks,gas & liquid separators),automatic water drain systems,materials cycling pumps, operating platforms, electrical instrument cabinet, valves, pipe meters. (CIP cleaners are attached for each tank). The two types are manual type and automatic type.
