CNC Angles Punch Line:

1. The production line consists of a set of press,infeed rollerway on the right of press,outfeed rollerway on the left of press.We select open-fixed table press with capacity of 80 tons ,or is replaced by users press.2. The press is equipped with two punches for different holes.Holes dimension can be selected by computer program.Ther are two strippers for preventing angles from lifting.3. Acservo motor via ballscrew can make angles transverse movement for changing ofstadia.Air cylinder presses angle against baffle=plate for ensuring the precision of stadia.4. There are linear guide and rack throughout the infeed rollerway.CNC carrier can be driven by AC servo motor on the linear guide ,which ensure accurate punching precision fo angles.5. Only put the holes data of workpiece into computer or plug the floppy disc concerning about machining information into computer,then edge distance,hole distance ,stadia,holes quantity.holes diameter can be controlled automatically.6. Some components with high quality,such as CNC system,AC servo motor,electric and air valves,etc,are of infported from abroad.
