Processing  filow:

Vibrating plate feeding- flexible integrating sphere- (ball separation- testing ball-adding cage)- Digital displayed cage inspection-NG discharging-clearance inspection-NG discharging- discharging

Key functions:

1.    Vibration plate feeding: No damage on cage, simple and efficient and save large amount of laboring

2.    Flexible integrating sphere: adjustable speed motor, gathering steel ball of flexible limiter;

3.    Ball separation, testing ball and adding retainer; centering of ball separation, pressurization, quadratic flexible ball separation mechanism adopted, uniform ball separation without damage on steel ball; imported optic-fiber detecting ball, non-contact inspection with high infallibility.
