2 Marine safety toughened glass meet the requirement of GB 11946

4The window seats and frames are surrounded by profiles from the system.The surface are smooth and flat, roughness is less than 12.5um.There are no flaws like wrinkle and chine.

ways of test

Blunt water experiment Installing the window ,use nozzle(dia>12.5mm) carry out blunt water test with at least 250kPa,the distance between nozzle and porthole should be less than 1.5m. After testing ,there should be no drop of water or any leakage phenomenon on the testing part

Package

The window can be packed individually with calp box or wooden box.And should be clamped with correct methods, equipped with soft cushion package materials

Delivery

The windows with package can be delivered by any methods ,but should take the necessary measures avoiding vibration, .pressure and rain
