Installation and debugging, use and maintenance1, when it used in ingredients and dosing time. To ensure uniformity and stability and prevent the material gravity ,it should be installed by level, if for general materials can tilt down 10 ° installation. For more viscous materials and moisture content of materials can tilt down 15 ° installation. 2, After installation feeder should be left 20mm of travel clearance. Horizontal should the level , suspension with flexible connections. 3, before test, all the bolts should be tightened first, especially vibration motor bolt ,after 3-5 hours of continuous operation, should be re-tightened once against. 4,On testing, two vibrating motor must be reverse rotation. Current and noise must be stability .It should be treated in time when there is something wrong happened.
5, motor bearing grease every once in February filling, heat oil once a season to be filling a month. NOTES: We can make and design products as your requirment.
