Usage:

Install batteries:

Put the 15V battery into the battery compartment, positive upward.

Inspection equipment:

Use right-left draw point short circuit (by hand or metal connected) Press the range switch I, then the following one LED should light. Cut the right-left draw point short circuit (no connection conductive objects) Press the measurement switch, when the LED not light, meet all the requirements shows it is properly can be use.
