I. Introduction
DFC-203A is a three phase portable reference meter, which is used to check many kinds of electricity meter. With small size, light weight, strong function, it is the best tool to check meter on-site.
DFC-203A use Analog to Digital Conversion (ADC) be the fundamental principle, sample the voltage and current. Digital signal processing unit control the sample and analysis the data in real time. It uses high-precision sampling technique and advanced signal processing technology, so the system accuracy is better than 0.05% in wide voltage and current range.

8. Complete software calibration, to eliminate the drawback of hardware calibration.
9. Built-in lithium battery, auxiliary power supply can be AC or battery. In outdoor use, it can be supplied with the electric wire.
