Product introduction
KB-2000N8 combustible gas alarm controller is the new launched product designed according to the national standard. This alarm controller mainly applies for locations of oil field, chemical industry, medicine, city gas, pipeline of transmitting oil gas and transfer station etc where the combustible and toxic gas easy to leak.
KB-2000N8 controller applies digital technique for high integration and smart instrument and can connect 8 channels of (4-20)mA signal of gas detector. The signal from the on-site test by detector will be turn back to display on the screen of alarm controller and make real time processing to the signals of normal, alarm and fault. Besides, KB-2000N series combustible gas alarm controller has the functions of uploading signal of RS-485(Mod Bus RTU) output which can upload the real time monitor message of alarm controller to DCS system which must be the standard input interface of RS-485(Mod bus RTU)or other system or instrument that can receive RS-485(Mod bus RTU signal. The chip of alarm controller applies new type of single chip technique, which increases the RAM volume of single chip and make alarm controller response quickly when receiving the alarm signal; the screen of alarm controller is LED display and clear & beautiful; the dedicated clock guarantee its precious timing when alarm controller is power off.
KB-2000N8 combustible gas alarm controller can store alarm records for 999 at most. It can monitor 8 channels of(4-20)mA detectors at one time and display working, fault, time, current gas concentration, low alarm and high alarm, it also can give audible & visual signal when it is in fault and alarm status to warn the related personnel to handle this.
The signal collection, alarm control and alarm display are all controlled by computer. The dedicated clock chip in this system can realize the precise timing and save the alarm message for 100 records when interruption of power. All the information including time, concentration, alarm setting, time of alarm and historical records is showed by four digits nixie tube. It has the functions of self-checking, noise reduction and resetting etc.
