Machinng method:

1.The hole in mould of any specification should biger than the circuit plugs 0.1mm.

2.If the circuit plugs in water chumer have not located,can loosen it then use air gun to eject it and relocate it.

Principle:

Utilize pitch priciple to let O-ring and spring extend then fill in.

Support force:

Cooling circuit plug 8mm--above 18kg/cm2

Cooling circuit plug 10mm--above 17kg/cm2

Cooling circuit plug 12mm--above 18kg/cm2

Particularity:

1.Do not need milling,do not rust.

2.Can adjust the degree of tightness,do not need belt.

3.Can be moved to any locate in the water chunnel.

4.Can use water and oil to heat or cool.

5.Normal temperation-5~+135.C

6.Special temperation-10~+280.C
