The vaccine is applied to persons vulnerable to hepatitis B, including the following susceptible in particular:Infants, especially those infants born from HBsAg and HBeAg positive mothers.Staff in medical institutions and blood product institutions.There are carriers of hepatitis B hepatitis B patients or family members.

Contraindications
The vaccine shall not be administered to the subjects with fever, acute or chronic serious diseases.
The vaccine shall not be administered to the subjects with a history of anaphylaxis to any components in vaccine, such as additives, formaldehyde, yeast.
The vaccine shall not be administered to the subject who occurs allergy after inoculation of Recombinant Hepatitis B vaccine before.
Adverse reactions & Treatment
Common adverse reaction: feel mild pain and swelling or moderate, low fever at the site of injection. It could be relieved spontaneously without particular treatment. Symptomatic treatment may be helpful if needed.
Rare adverse reaction: allergic shock, demyelination, allergic eruption, thrombocytopenic purpura, neurologic disease, acute glomerulonephritis and liver and kidney disease. The incidence is 1/600000.
Precautions
Check packaging, label, appearance and validity whether meet the requirement before use.
Shake the container well before use.
Do not use the vaccine, if any leakage of container or clumps not dispersed on shaking are found.
Adrenalin shall be available for first aid in case of serious anaphylactic reactions. Vaccinee shall be observed for at least 30 minutes after injection.
Freezing is strictly contraindicated.
Use the vaccine immediately after opening.
