Application:
The belt polishing machine is widely used in automobile, aerospace industry. It can finish polishing the cylindrical surface of cam shaft and eccentric shaft, and any other kind of axial work pieces.
Characteristics
Two motors of work head control axial vibration and rotating respectively.
Motor used for spindle axial vibration is of frequency control, rotating speed and frequency of vibration can be regulated according to material and dimension of work piece to meet the requirements of surface roughness improving.
Advancing and withdrawing of tailstock spindle is of hydraulic control.
Winding of belt-winding mechanism is by motor control. Winding amount can be adjusted on the basis of work piece. Clockwise and counterclockwise direction rotating can be set to improve machining level. Surface roughness can be promoted by one working circulation.
Main electric components are from OMRON, and Fuji of Japan.
Hydraulic system is Northman (or ordered by the customer requirements)
Work piece of different diameters and lengths can be machined through simple adjusting.
