| The steel plate and shape steel are tumblered, formed and welded into furnace shell, whose surface is fine artistic.The furnace lining uses a ultra energy conservation structure. The hearth uses a special u-shaped brick, the surrounding insulation layer are all made from aluminum silicate textile fiber, simultaneously the furnace shells surface layer is covered a layer of asbestos board (when in low temperature the thermal conductivity is the smallest). This kind of structure has many advantages, such as good heat insulation effect, low energy storage, small heat losses, good thermal shock resistance, convenienced overhaul and so on, which improves the furnace lining life-span greatly. And the parameters of the electric furnaces power loss when its empty, the rised temperature of the fire walls and furnace temperature uniformity all surpass the national standards.The heating temperature control unit table uses Japan (SHIMA) Corporations intelligence temperature control unit. This instrument configures self-tuning and standard PID arithmetic module, which could prevent temperature overshoot effectively. Meanwhile this measuring appliance also has function selection, configuration and parameters setting, and its setting value and practical value will be shown in digit. The major heating uses the SCR series combined type three-phase thyristor power controller and continuously non-make-and-break type. It is not the traditional electrical make-and-break type when controling, but it controls its heating power continuously and automatically according to the requirements of temperature control. The high efficiency temperature control has no noise and disturbance to internal electrical network, and its high to precision.The furnace covers opening and closeing uses electrical lifting system or hand gear. | |||||
