Thirdly, Aluminum aerosol cans is produced by a piece aluminum slug to extrusion- trimming-cleaning-internal lacquering-lacquer drying-base coating-printing-vanishing-necking processes into a finished products. Some products don't need to be internal lacquering or printed.

The main line parts: XR01-350 horizontal extruder, XR02 trimming machine, XR03 cleaning machine, XR05 Internal lacquering machine, XR06 lacquer drying, XR 07 accumulator, XR08 Base coating machine, XR09 six-colour printing machine, XR 08 Varnishing machine, XR12 Oven and XR14 Necking machine is the full automatic line from A-Z automatic control. There are two methods to heating the oven : Electrical and Gas which depends on the customers' requirement. The full line length: 70 meters, Height: 6.5 meters, Width: 4 meters, 5 workers to operation the full line., 24-hour continuous production, the normal production speed: 100-120 cans/min. The normal cans size: φ35mm,φ40mm,φ45mm,φ50mm,φ53mm and so on.
