Slitting and to length line can decoil metal sheet strip coil,then flatten metal sheet strip,cut metal strip, for getting certain length metal sheet plates.Cut to length line mainly includes coil car, uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder, shearing machine, conveyor feeder, loader stacker, etc.Users can put original metal material coil onto coil car, then coil car transit  coil to uncoiler, uncoiler can decoil coil, then straightener flatten strip,NC servo feeder gauge required length automatically, shearing machine cut off strip, in order to get flat and plain metal plates,then conveyor feeder can tmove metal plates to loader,For example, when metal strip coil width is 1700mm, cut to length line decoil metal strip coil,then cut off metal strip, in order to get long metal plates,such as metal plate width is 1700mm still, metal plate length is 3000mm.We can design and produce different cut to length line as per your requirement.
