Technical specification
Mechanical System- The transmission device of Φ550 drawing reels adopt Germany SEW technology of hard gear surface making. The gearbox has the typical characteristics of high efficiency, long working life and low noise. Φ400 drawing reels adopt belt transmission system.
- The drawing reels are made by super quality steel alloy, working time over 22000 hours.
- The Φ550 drawing reel cooled by internal slit water cooling system and external loop slit forced wind cooling system. Φ400 drawing reel cooled by internal water spray system. The die and die holder are cooled by water. The steel wire could get good cooling quality. The outlet temperature is low.
- All drawing reel driven by AC motor that could be controled by convertor. There is a roller between every two reels. The roller has pneumatic force and a displacement sensor. When the wire go through the roller, the roller will get a displacement. The sensor could detect this displacement and get a voltage value that will be sent to control system. The control system then adjust the drawing motor speed to ensure the syncronizition between the different drawing reels.
