BRD Serise Roof Tile Roll Forming System is composed of the feeding, film coating, roll forming, front cutting, forming and afte forming cutting. The products have tidy and beautiful appearances, uniform lacquer veins,high strength, long durability and are widely used in the industrial and civil buildings, such as the faceplates and wallboards of the workshops, warehouses, engine garages, plane garages, gyms, exhibition halls, theaters.

 

The whole process is automatically controlled by a computer. The human-machine interface of the above device is purchased from Taiwan Quanyi Electronic Company and applied to carry out human-machine dialogue, automatic forming and cutting. PLC and Delta transducers are applied to render automatic slowing down and stepless speed regulation
