Ultrasonic Converter (transducer) change electrical energy into the mechanical energy (ultrasonic). The working way is the movement of converter (transducer) come and goes in portrait direction, the amplitude generally in several microns. But this amplitude power in density is not enough, can not be used in directly. The booster need to enlarge amplitude according to design. Insulate metal melt and convey energy, at the same time to fix up the complete ultrasonic Oscillation system. One of spray heads connect with booster, and convey ultrasonic energy oscillation to spray head. Melting liquid metal flow into the other spray head, this is the place of highest amplitude. Liquid metal in the excitation of Ultrasonic Oscillation, were dispersed, and spray out. Collected after rapid cooling, and finally get the metal powder.

Ultrasonic Generator (power supply) including commutate circuit, oscillate circuit, magnify circuit, feedback circuit, tracking circuit, protect circuit, matching circuit, display instrument. It is used to producing in high frequency power circuit, and driving ultrasonic vibration parts. In order to suitable different working state, the power generator is adjustable in power, and also can control time of oscillation and impulse.
