The mechanical transmission, compact structure, high reliability.Three roller drive, not easy to sliding, thin material can be bended.Two sides of rollers, which reduces line segment.Can be feed in both sides.Foot switch, and urgent stop.The smooth transmission, just adjust compaction, can obtain the hoop, arc, thread curvature.Change the mold shaped groove, can add all kinds of metal, such as angle iron, flat steel, and around steel.Big radius can be bended, can make up for the deficiency of series single head bending machine, and double head bending machine.

    Section Bending is manufacture by our machine company. The machine is an efficient processing machine which is specially designed to bend I steel, U steel, flat beam, solid bar, etc.

It has three working rollers, the positions of the two bottom roller can be adjusted along the arc. Assisting rollers are installed on both sides of the machine to control the work quality in the bending of proportional steel sections.

The machine is able to deal with different types of materials and specification only by changing the die settings.
