Leveling machine
This kind of machine focuses on leveling metal plates with the help of leveling rollers. It usually consists of motivation system, main body, electrical control system, etc. Sheet is processed between the upper and the lower leveling rollers to eliminate the stress, which helps to achieve the goal of leveling. Both the upper row and the lower row of leveling rollers have a row of supporting rollers on its outer flank. The smoothness and the quality of the sheet can be improved after being leveled by this machine.
This series of machine can be used alone to level sheet or to level, shear and stack sheet if connected with uncoiling machine, feeding machine, shearing machine, stacking machine to form a product line.
