Function of the Preparation lines

The Purpose of preparation is to remove the oxide coating on the surface and coat the surface with borax to lower the possibility of producing broken filament and wire fracture .This will also extend the life of the drawing die and improve the speed of the drawing to finish the work smoothly.

ELECTROLYSIS PICKLING

In order to remove the ferriferous oxide on wire rod surface, this procedure is used to converse the rust oxides into salts through the chemical reaction between sulfuric acid and the ferriferous oxide on wire rod surface. Purpose of the electrolysis: accelerate the chemical reaction speed and remove the oxide effectively.

COLD WATER RINSING

Use clean water to wash away the remained acid liquid on the wire rod taken for the pickling tank

Preparation tanks
