SSAW pipe production line

The SSAW pipe production line is one kind of automatic welding pipes manufacturing equipment ,which 

send the steel plate to its forming machine in a certain angle after the steel coil is decoiled and leveled , 

and then form continuous circular pipe under the principle of three~roller rolling ,at last weld spiral seam

with submerged arc welding machine.

According to different kinds of usage, the SSAW pipe production line is divided into three different types: 

API standard, national standard and special purpose type. 

Our company manufactures different kinds of products covering all the tree types: specification varying

 fromΦ90 toΦ3500,the wall thickness varying from 1 to 25.4mm ,the material varying from Q235 to 80 

grade including some special materials such as stainless steel.
