Features:

Al is melted and supplied continuously into temperature-holding furnace group. Al preheated in shaft furnace comes to the bottom of furnace and get shock heating and its temperature is close to melting point. So Al melts fast with low consumption and burning loss. This type is of long life.

Compact structure: it can supply liquid Al for a few temperature-holding furnaces in the same time.

Preheat for air: waste heat is used to decrease consumption or temperature of exhausted gas.

Heating on the top: labor strength is decreased and operation is simply.

Specification

Melting capacity for one hour: 0.1T, 0.3T, 0.5T, 0.7T, 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T. And can build the furnace as per clients' requirments.

Energy Consumption: ( Kcal/T·Al)

Furnace of 0.1T≤85;Furnace of 0.3-0.7T ≤70;Furnace of 1T ≤55;Furnace of 2-3T ≤50;Furnace of 5T ≤45, (figures indicated with continuous running).

Burning Loss

Original Al ingot ≤1.2%;when returns are 30%, ≤1.5;when returns are 50%, ≤2%. (figures indicated with continuous running).

Applicable Range

Continuous cast, roll, cast with low pressure and common cast of Al bar, plate and band with ingredients adjustment.

Suitable Fuels:

Light oil, heavy oil, waste oil, residual oil, natural gas and various coal gas.
