Line technics flow:    According to the function of the line and the process sequence of the strip, the line can be divided into entry section, process section and exit section. The entry section mainly includes payoff reel, crop shearing, welding and degreasing procedure, which provides the processing section with continuous strip material. The process section mainly includes annealing, skin pass mill, Tension Leveler, and thus finishes the technical processing of the strip. The exit section takes charge of parting cutting and reeling of the strip.

The technics flow shows below:Coil loading→ payoff reel→ crop shear→ welding→ degreasing (alkali spray + alkali brush+ electrolytic cleaning+ water brush + 2 stages water rinsing) → dryer→ (entry looper→) heating → heat soaking → quick cooling→ overage→ re-cooling →water quenching →dryer → skin pass mill → Tension Leveler→ (exit looper→) edge cutting → inspecting →oiling→ cutting→ tension reel→ coil unloading→ packing
