Spindles Dereelers

Feature:     

 The dual spindle dereeler is a turret design that can be rotates 180 degrees to permit the loading of one spindle, while the other spindle is feeding. The turret is swung through 180 degrees by pressing a foot pedal which releases the turret to turn, and locks in after going 180 degrees. For single spindle dereeler, the deviation of core steel can be adjusted via rolling linear guide rail while the spindle is feeding.The technical specifications such as load capacity, width of core steel, feed speed and etc can be changed base on customers requirement.
