This slitting line is used for peel the coil, level and then cut to narrow strips. PLC control enables it to cut easily and high precisely.

 

Process flow:

 coil preparation→coil feeding → uncoiling →pinching& leveling machine→ hydraulic shear→ front loop → vertical guide→ rotary shear(→scrap edge recoiling)→ back loop →tensioning device→ recoling machine →coil discharge
