In addition if can meet the requirements for control of collection of spillage coke and visual fume and dust escape in the course of coal charging, coke extracting and opening of coal charging hole, oven door, and doors of coke pushing machine and coke transfer car as well as meet the requirements for environmental protection indexes of the state. For the dust removal of coal charging car, the floor station and truck mounted dust removal equipment are not provided but the removal of fume and dust produced in coal charging is realized in corporation of PROVEN automatic regulating system for single-hole pressure of stand pipe. The pressure of gas header is -300~-350 Pa. One spotting, oven identification, automatic spotting and four-car interlocking are used for the four cars so as to ensure safety and efficient production.
Technical Characteristics of Coal Charging Car:

One spotting technology is used for the coke pushing car; VVVF speed control technology is used for the traveling device and the coke pushing car is operated smoothly without shock and has the functions of oven number identification and automatic spotting: the spotting accuracy can reach ±10mm; the eddy current speed control or VVVF speed control technology is used for pushing device and leveling device; the door opening device with memory is provided; the car borne dust removal system is provided to realize smokeless operation of coke pushing car; the coke pushing car has the functions of mechanized spillage coke collection; the internationally advanced high pressure water oven door cleaning technology, highly reliable jamb cleaning technology and mechanized wharf cleaning technology are used; and the coke pushing car is provided with emergency system in case of power failure.
