Vacuum atomized stainless steel powder
Our metal powder is produced through advanced tight coupling gas atomization technology. The Metals and alloys during the melting and atomization process are finished under vacuum and protective atmosphere. Powders are classified by advanced air classifying equipment which can accurately control the powder’s particle size and size distribution. The powders have an excellent processing property and wide adaptation. It can produce most of the metals and metal alloy powders used in industries. The main features of the powders are as follows:
1. Fine particle size, the finest it can reach the most fine-grained size of -600 mesh.
2. Strict control of particle size distribution, good sphericity of powders, outstanding flowability.
3. High purity, oxygen content range is 100 ~ 500ppm.
