according to alloying element content of alloy brand and  results of  bath analysis,as 90% actual yield count the quantity of Mn additive .After slagging off ,spray it to aluminum pool directly and evenly,after flammule disappeared,should enhence handstirring,make it uniform diffusion.And according to actual condition,assure some time to diffusion.

1)Use temperature:740-760°C

2)quantity added(kg)=alloying element content-bath analysis element content)÷actual yield 90%Xadditive alloying element content 70%Xoutfit furnace quantity(kg)

3)melting time :15min-30min

E.packing and storing :

25kg/carton,put in dry place,guarantee period is 6 months
