CCS wire features:

(1) High intensity : 2 times than pure copper wire that is if the tensile strength of pure copper wire is about 215 to 265,then CCS can reach 430 to 530.

(2) Light weigh:Lighter 13% than pure copper wire.Under the same wire size and weight,its length is 1.13 times than that of pure copper wire.

(3) With smoothly surface,rounding,never beyond any permitted error,and its apearance quality is the same with pure copper wire

(4) It has the same color as a copper conductor and its surface color will never fade. It can also be exposed to tha air for three months without any oxidation,which improves its appearance.

(5) Thunder stroke immunity: When the thundere meet the electric arc, the instantaneous high temperture of arc bottom can reach (600 oC~1600 oC), the melting point of copper is 1084 oC, 1.64 times higeher than aluminum alloy, anneal temperature is 420~700 oC, exceed aluminum as similar to steel, cover with the most high temperature part when thunder hit arc bottom. Therefore,it is said that CCS have perfect thunder stroke immunity.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Detail:

1. For LCL shipment, the wire in standard plastic spool, then put into carton. 2. The wire around 500KGS in one pallet and about 2.0 CBM for 1MT goods. For FCL shipment, the wire load 15MT goods.

Delivery Detail:

 15 days ,depending on the quantity.
