Pumping unit is a conventional beam pumping unit which is designed according to the certification of API 11E. It has many feathers, such as, reasonable design parameter, simple structure, excellent performance, balanced operation, reliable work, long life, convenient operation and maintenance, high overall efficiency and so on. It can be used widely in China, Middle East, South-East Asia regions.
Main parts
1.wire line
the wire line is composed of multilayer and no torsional wire rope.
there are rope sockets at its two ends whose top joins with the rope supporter in the horse top and bottom joins with carrier bar.
the wire line is designed according to the API SPEC 11E.
2. carrier bar
carrier bar is an instrument which links polished rod and wire line.
carrier bar is hung on the polished rod line and the polished rod slips is lied on the carrier bar.
3. Polished rod slip
polished rod slop is used to fix polished rod in the carrier bar. this unit is equipped with two style polish rod slops which are 1" and 1 1/8".
4. horse-head
horse-head is welded with steel plate. wire line is hung in the house-head rope support.
the house-head is connected to the walking beam by four pins. it can turn to two sides.
5. walking beam
walking beam is made up of steel plate by welding. its shape is H-shaped. it is according to the requirement of API 11E and has sufficient strenth.
