The working principle of pressure ball briquette machine: 

Firstly the powder are crushed by crusher, then they are  conveyed to the screening equipment after screening.Powder less than 3 mm enter into the dry powder pressure machine, the general specification of the ball is 35 mm x  25 mm x 15 mm (long x wide x thick). Also can be customized according to the buyer's needs, geting the ball piece of volume density 1.9-2.2 g/cm . After screened, the finished product can be put into storehouse for demand use.

The width and total pressure of the pressure roller is determined by the material properties.

Drab speed: the host machine will not speed regulation, preloading machine speed. Double speed regulation: the host, preloading machine full speed. Thus we can change the Settings according to specific requirements to reach the  demand.
