2. Equipment Composition And Main Performance Discription.

l  Master tong use closed-head tong to clip coupling,it can’t move with the thread joint.

l   Master tong is drived by hydraulic motor,it may rotate bi-direction,and two-range planetary gear drives.

l  Clamping way:three jaw set clip through roller climbing.There are 9 jaws evenly clip the coupling in the circle direction.Along with the torque change,the clamp force changes in direct ratio.

l    Photoelectric measurement port is set on master tong to count the number of turns.Which can give a measurementsignal per 3 degree so as to collect speed signal and turns number signal.

l  Backup tong use closed-head tong to clip pipe,it may move with the thread joint.

l  Backup tong clipping and the initial clamp force is powered by cylinder.
