Magnetic Separator For Mineral
Apllicable Range:
The magnetic seperating for magnetite, limonite, hematite, manganese siderite, titanium iron ore, black tungsten ore, manganese ore, carbonic acid manganese ore, oxidation manganese ore, iron ore, kaolin, rare rare-earth ore etc.
Operating Principles:
In the magnetic field of magnetic separation machine.Since ore articles with different magnetism will moved into different directions ,so ore particles are seperated by magenetic force and machanical force.
According to the humidity of the mineral, the magenetic seperation machine can be devided to dry type and wet type.
Dry-type magnetic separation machine:(Magnetic Induction-100 to 600 mT)
It is mainly used to separate dry mineral that is less than 3mm,it can also be applied to eliminate iron for coal. non-metallic mineral, building materials etc.The separated mineral should be dry, particles can be moveable freely.Or it will make bad influnce on seperation.
Wet-type magnetic separation machine:
It is mainly used for rough selecting and secondary selecting of strong magnetism materials,especially for iron ore.According to the structure of the groove,it has three types- concurrent flow, counter flow, half-cross flow.
1.Concurrent Flow Type
It conducts concurrent magnetic separation of fine-grain ores with strong magnetism by use of wet method.The feeding materials should be less than 6mm.
2.Counter Flow Type
It can be applied to the rough separating and screening for fine grain which is less than 1.5mm with stronge magnetism. Its recycle ratio is high.
3.Half-cross Type
It is used to rough separation and fine separation for iron ore that is less than 0.5mm.Its recycle ratio is much higher and you can get best quality iron ore after separating.
