Usage of Ball Press Machine

It is widely used in coal powder, sludge, slag , gypsum, activated carbon, coke powder, ferrous powder, non-ferrous powder and other refractories.

After being screened, only the powder with a size less than 3mm can be sent into the ball press machine. The size of the pellets will be 35mmx25mmx15mm. With the requirement of client, we can produce ball press machine that can be make specific size of balls with a bulk density of 1.9-2.2g/cm³ and the hardness as that of a quick lime block.
