1.Introduction of cooler
Cooler is a key equipment of whole rotary kiln.It is mainly used to cool temperature of burned materials from about 1000-1200 °c to less or equal to 200°c.As a kind of heat exchange equipment, a drum cooler machine utilized cool gas or cool water as medium, to cool hot materials. Meanwhile, cooling equipment is able to make full use of the exhaust heat, thus improving the thermal efficiency of a kiln.
2.Application of cooler
It is regularly used for cooling fine chemical materials in building material production, metallurgic and chemical industries, cement production lines, and compound fertilizer production lines, and more. It is applicable for cooling materials like slag, limestone, coal powder, and clay, etc.
3.Features of cooler
The drum cooler is characterized by simple and firm structure and because the hot-air can bereturn to rotary kiln,the heating efficency is very high and the power consumption is fairly less.It's a desirable equipment for the cooling of clinker,cement and other materials.
