1 .The application of all kinds of cold-pressed ball in metallurgy field.
The equipment are mainly applied to three wastes powder, such as oxide scale , precipitator dust, blast furnace dust, steel slag, manganese ore powder , mineral fines for iron making, enriched ore powder and all kinds of powders of colored metal industry. For the powdery material, they must be melt down and smelted through ball press’s ballization.
2. The features of cold-pressed balls
The equal granularity is able to improve the air permeability of charge column and have a smooth operation of blast furnace.
The fine strength of cold and hot position with cold strength more than 100KG/each and dropout strength more than 5 times/m perfectly meet the needs of the middle-and-small blast furnace.
The adding of coal fines or coke fines can be used to make carbonaceous cold-pressed ball,(adding 1KG coal fines, reducing 1KG coal fines)which is much more important in reducing coke ratio to the middle-and-small blast furnace which has no coal injection.
The fine reducing capacity is able to greatly improve the availability of gas.
The adjustable alkalinity can be used to produce ball of any alkalinity which is in favor of production.
The wastes of iron and steel works, such as ore fines, coke, furnace dust, and steel rolling skin, can all be used to make cold-pressed ball which saves the iron.
The process of production is simple with no return fines ,low energy consumption and no pollution.
