1.Basic property

This series of anti-mold addictive is made of combination of high-efficient anti-mold agent, nano materials, active material and high molecular synthetic material, it can kill gram negative and positive bacteria and other moulds. It adopts special non-ionic surface active material to coat, combined with the polymer composite material, it has long-lasting releasing effect. For different types of products and dispersion system, it will not affect the performance of the original items.

 

2.Application range

Suitable for killing mold of leather EVA, PP, ABS rubber products, add specific active agent against chemical groups on the product surface, that can long-term protect the nature properties and function.

 

3.Dosage and method

Add 1% -2% into the treated material.

 

4.Features

1)Compounded by nano antibacterial material and organic and effective antimicrobial agent, strong sterilization, broad spectrum for different molds, almost can kill and inhibit all of the molds.

2)Good thermostability, the lowest decomposition temperature is above 290 degrees,acute oral LD50 for rats is 3700mg/kg, very low toxicity to humans.

3)Good chemical stability, not easy to react with acid, alkali and other substances.

4)Product shape:white powder.

Acute skin toxicity: low toxicity - rabbits (female) LD50: 3600mg product / Kg body weight, rabbits (male)

LD50: 3500mg product / Kg body weight

Skin irritation (rabbit)       undiluted product: severe irritant

                                            diluted concentration: non-irritating

Skin allergy (Guinea pig)  undiluted product: skin allergies

                                            diluted concentration: no skin allergies

Environmental decomposition: resolve into harmless substances quickly and completely
