BXZRJ Vacuum mixer
BXZRJ vacuum mixer is a coaxial and double type mixer, suitable to stable homogenizing and emulsifying, the finished granular is very small.
Vacuum mixer boiler
Working volume: 200L, material: SUS316L, electricity heating and water-cooling
Structure: With 3-layer structure, upper and lower end sockets. The upper end socket is connected to the vacuum mixer body with flange between them. The internal layer of the mixer body is made of 4mm thick SUS316L stainless steel and interior polished in 300 mesh (sanitary level). The middle layer of mixer body is made of 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel and can stand maximum working pressure 0.05MPa. The external layer of mixer vacuum body is made of 2mm thick SUS304, and exterior polished in 300 mesh (sanitary level).
All the welding seams shall be polished after rubdown, and as to the treatment interface, turned-over edge arc transition is adopted. The heat preservation layer is made of PU polyurethane foaming. In the vacuum tank, there are 2 mixers:
1. Cutting and vortex emulsify mixer: 4kw, 0-3000rpm (frequency control)
2. Low-speed frame type scraping mixer: 1.5kw, 0-60rpm (frequency control)
3. Attached units of the vacuum mixer: liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, additive inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, temperature sensor, CIP cleaning head, dustproof asepsis respiratory device.
Pretreatment oil and water boilers
Volume: oil boiler of 100L and water boiler of 120L, material: SUS316L
Structure: open (half-open) type, with top mounted mixer
Detailed technical requirements
Effective volumes: oil boiler of 100L, water boiler of 120L, material: SUS316L, 3 layers structure. The material of the inner of mixer body is made of 4mm thick SUS316L and interior polished in 300mesh (sanitary level). The middle of the tank mixer body is made of 3mm thick SUS304 and can stand maximum working pressure 0.05MPa. The external layer of mixer body is made of 2mm thick SUS304 and exterior polished in 300mesh (sanitary level).

In the vacuum mixer boiler, there is a turbine mixer, 0.75kw reducer and 0-960 rpm inlet rotary speed. Discharge hole is equipped with ball valve of sanitary level and pipeline.

BXZRJ vacuum mixer is specially designed by introducing foreign updated technology and on the basis of ointment-making techniques for processing cosmetics and ointment. It is composed of pretreatment boiler, vacuum emulsifying mixer boiler, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, tilting system, and electric control system, etc.
The vacuum mixer is a coaxial and triple type mixer, suitable to stable homogenizing and emulsifying, the finished granular is very small. The quality of emulsifying depends on dispersing of the granular on the preparation stage. The smaller the granular is, the weaker the trend of accumulation to the surface becomes, thus the smaller the opportunity for the emulsifying to be broken becomes. Relying on mixing of reversed impeller, under the condition of homogenizing turbine and vacuum status, you can get the high-quality effect of emulsifying and mixing.
Vacuum Mixer (Hydraulic lift)
By the strong force of high speed of homogenizer (emulsifier), the materials will go through the narrow space of the emulsifying head; it forms a powerful circulation in the vessel. In the middle part, the center blades and outer low speed anchor rotates in opposite direction. It performs great shearing, impact, and dispersion in the vacuum mixer. It will help to blend, mix, emulsify, and homogenize the product in the vessel, and increase the stability, smoothness and luster of cream products. The emulsifying (mixing) head is exchangeable for your various products.
The special design of high speed emulsifying head and low speed agitator & blades can achieve high efficiency of mixing & homogenizing, and the Teflon scrapers of the agitator can scrape off the materials which stick to the inner wall of vacuum mixer, and make the complete mixing at same time without corner. The Teflon scraper is fixed at the outer mixing frame which will change their position by always touching the inner wall when rotating. Those scrapers can help the heat-exchange during mixing and also reduce the time of production.
Features of vacuum mixer
1. Mixing oil and water phases materials in high speed to get perfect emulsion product of good quality.
2. Mixer consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. It’s equipped with high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, hydraulic pump for lifting and heating & cooling system.
3. With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.
4. Scraping unit is with moveable Teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The Teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.
5. Our vacuum mixer equipped with heating & cooling system which simplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can do from heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction (by vacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor and time for your production.
6. All contacted parts of equipments are SUS316L, the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel mixer can be sanitary and high quality.
7.The measuring of raw materials, the recording of temperature for heating, melting, emulsifying, cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction can be controlled.
