Structure: Top standard oval-shaped sealing head connected with flange.
Bottom standard oval-shaped sealing head connected with body of tank, with
jacket and thermal insulation layer.
2.All parts contacting with material adopts SUS316L stainless steel. The internal layer is mirror polished up to 300MESH (sanitary grade),thickness of the material: 5mm.
3 .The jacket adopts SUS 304 stainless steel, thickness of material: 3mm.
Between the internal layer and external layer, there is electrical heating tube for cooling or heating in the jacket by cooling water or steam.
4.The thermal insulation layer is adopts rock wool or PU. When jacket is heated by steam, the temperature of the external body of the tank is less than 40°C. The external layer of the tank body adopts SUS304 stainless steel. The external surface of tank is polished up to 350MESH (sanitary grade). Thickness of the material: 3mm. All the welding seams adopts flanging arc transition after polish.
5 .Top sealing head attatched: liquid inlet Φ32mm (equiped with sanitary grade butterfly valve and stailness steel pipe filter), vacuum hole Φ25mm, compressed air
inlet Φ20mm,vacuum breaking hole Φ32mm( equiped with 0.22μm dust-proof aspetic breather),sight glass with light DN80mm (the glass adopts stalinite
with thickness of 10mm) ,particle inletΦ32mm(with cover) ,sanitary grade diaphragm style pressure sensor switch.
6 .Bottom attached: material outlet Φ38mm ( equiped with sanitary grade pneumatic
bottom valve),PT100 temperature senor(0-150°C).
7 .High shear vortex emulsify mixer: 3KW, 0-3500r/min ( variable frequency control).
8.Slow speed wall scraping stirring:
frame style wall scraping stirring (clockwise): 0.75 KW, 0-45r/min, variable frequency control. The material of scraper is made of asepsis PTEF . The scraper is easily removed by people without tools. Middle stirrer (anti-clockwise) and frame wall scraper adopt the same decelerator.
