SS600J Tripod Cleaning-type Centrifuge
The motor actuates the clutch to transmit power to bowl via triangular adhesive tape, so that the bowl can rotate at high speed around its own axis, to form a centrifugal force filed. The material enters the centrifugal field inside the bowl through feed pipe on top, and the centrifugal force forcesthe material to be uniformly distributed on the wall of bowl for deliquidation and separation. The liquid phase is thrown into the space of machine cabinet through solid-phase material and gaps of gauze via wall pores of the bowl, and solid-phase materials are discharged from the liquid outlet of the underpan with machine and retained inside the bowl, to be discharged manually on top.
This machine is a cleaning-type equipment. Both the external surface of the main body and all the contact parts with materials are made of anti-corrosive steel, and the upper cover is in the enclosed form, fitted with feed inlet, washing hole, porthole, observe hole, and watch glass, in clean and sanitary main-body structure, in compliance with the certification standards on equipments of GMP enterprises.
This equipment is simple in structure, easy for operation, and strong in versatility, able to be either used for filtration of suspending liquids with solid phase in granular shapes,or for dehydration of fibrous substances and their textile products after printing and dyeing, etc.

1. Chemical Industry: gypsum, thiamin, sodium sulfate, ferric sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda, rubber additive, dye, paint, plastic raw material, soap, grease, various resins and other chemical products.
2. Food industry: kitchen salt, sodium glutamate, food additive, Chemical seasonings, starch, sugar
3. Pharmaceutical: vitamin, biotic, and other various drugs, herbicide, and insectifuge
4. Mine and Metallurgy: Copper, zinc, minerals, and metal refining
5. Environmental Protection:with acid discharge, pure water sludge and sewage sludge, etc.
