Main usage

  It adopts integrated technology of servo metor without interference module design,it can fulfil of semi-automatic disc feeding of disposable syringe,automatic filling &stoppering.

Performance &characteristics 

  It is controlled by import servo motor and whole synchronous motion is fulfilled by mechanic cam interlock structure,which ensures stable operation.

The filling pump,the core part of machine,adopts most national advanced ceramic no-valve rotated displacement pump,which can ensure the filling accuracy between 0.3% to 0.6%.

 Stoppering station:it adopts automatic unscrambling stopper,cam up-down structure and transmission direction-limit stopper-l  The qualified rate of stoppering is 99.9%,which avoids secondly pollution during filling &stoppering .

The part contact with drug solution is 316L stainless steel ,which conforms to GMP standard.

 Fast-assembling design is adopted,which ensures convenient assembling&disassembling,washing,sterilizing .
